Opening for Anggun Lumayan purchasers [TO CONFIRM launch date]
How it works
Five steps, one place
-
Step 1: Verify your unit
Enter your unit number and the last 4 digits of the IC or passport on your Sale & Purchase Agreement. Only registered purchasers can continue.
-
Step 2: Warranty check
The desk checks that you are within the 24-month Defect Liability Period from your Vacant Possession date. After it ends, you are directed to your building management (JMB/MC).
-
Step 3: One-time code
A 6-digit code is sent by WhatsApp to the phone number registered with your purchase, so nobody else can report on your behalf.
-
Step 4: Report the defect
Tap the room on your floor plan, describe the issue and add at least 2 photos. Up to 3 open reports per unit keeps the queue fair and fast.
-
Step 5: Track the repair
Our site team reviews every report before a contractor is sent. You get WhatsApp updates at each stage, with before and after photos.
