Twenty-five years of homes
Danau Lumayan began developing 102 acres of land in Bandar Tun Razak in 2000. Since then we have completed thousands of residential apartments, condominiums and shop lots, each delivered within 30 months of launch with a full Certificate of Fitness.
The township is a mixed development of 70% residential and 30% commercial, covering corporate offices, service apartments and shop lots, with a total development value of more than RM2 billion.
Every Danau Lumayan development is spaced and maintained around lush tropical greenery and natural deep water lakes. We believe development that adapts to nature increases the value of the property, and it has guided us since the beginning.
Danau Lumayan has put Bandar Tun Razak on the map as a well known and enviable location for business, pleasure and a place to call home that is truly within the city.

Allahyarham Datuk Seri Haji Shaheen Chugtai bin Mirza Habib Jan
Over 30 years of experience in financial and marketing management, and an immense contributor to the development of Danau Lumayan. He founded Securiforce Sdn. Bhd. at 28, growing it to 4,000 guards across 45 branches, and served as President of Persatuan Perkhidmatan Kawalan Keselamatan Malaysia (PPKKM) from 2007 until 2015.

Allahyarhamah Datuk Wira Dr. Hajah Maznah binti Abd Hamid
Director of Securiforce Sdn. Bhd. and the Securiforce Group of Companies, with over 15 years in financial and business management. Chairman of Danau Lumayan and of Uniutama Property Sdn. Bhd., and President of the Malaysia Association of Professional Speakers (MAPS).

En. Kamal bin Tun Ismail
An architect for more than 20 years with his own practice for 15, serving many of the country’s large corporate developers. His work as consulting architect includes the 2,500-acre Pajam New Township.
