Shahril Reza Shaheen
Shahril Reza Shaheen leads Danau Lumayan as Managing Director, and presented Residensi Aman Madani to the press in July 2025. He previously served as the company’s General Manager for administration and marketing during the launches of Astana Lumayan.

Allahyarham Datuk Seri Haji Shaheen Chugtai bin Mirza Habib Jan
Over 30 years of experience in financial and marketing management, and an immense contributor to the development of Danau Lumayan. He founded Securiforce Sdn. Bhd. at 28, growing it to 4,000 guards across 45 branches, and served as President of Persatuan Perkhidmatan Kawalan Keselamatan Malaysia (PPKKM) from 2007 until 2015.

Allahyarhamah Datuk Wira Dr. Hajah Maznah binti Abd Hamid
Director of Securiforce Sdn. Bhd. and the Securiforce Group of Companies, with over 15 years in financial and business management. Chairman of Danau Lumayan and of Uniutama Property Sdn. Bhd., and President of the Malaysia Association of Professional Speakers (MAPS).

En. Kamal bin Tun Ismail
An architect for more than 20 years with his own practice for 15, serving many of the country’s large corporate developers. His work as consulting architect includes the 2,500-acre Pajam New Township.
