What we collect
When you register your interest, request a floor plan, contact us or use our resident services, we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, the property you are interested in and your message. If you arrive from an advertisement, we also record the campaign reference attached to the link.
Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry, send you the information you asked for, arrange viewings and bookings, manage defect reports for your unit, and tell you about our developments where you have agreed to this.
Who we share it with
Our staff and our appointed sales and marketing agents for the development you enquired about, and service providers that host our website and messaging, only for the purposes above. We do not sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
Only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, or as required by law.
Your rights
You may ask to see or correct the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to marketing, by contacting us at the address below.
