Kelayakan: 8+ Years Experience

Lead the construction delivery of our flagship high-rise residential developments (including Residensi Aman Madani, 2,516 units). Responsible for contractor supervision, authority liaison, master scheduling, and strict QA/QC standards.

Tanggungjawab Utama:

  • ▪ Manage day-to-day coordination between turnkey contractors, architects, structural engineers, and M&E consultants.
  • ▪ Monitor construction milestones against the master program to ensure on-time delivery within budget.
  • ▪ Conduct regular site audits for quality compliance, structural integrity, and DOSH safety standards.
  • ▪ Facilitate authority approvals, inspections, and Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC) documentation with DBKL, Bomba, Syabas, and TNB.
  • ▪ Review monthly progress claims, variation orders (VOs), and contract extension requests in conjunction with the QS team.

Syarat Kelayakan:

  • ✓ Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Building Technology.
  • ✓ Minimum 8 years of proven project management experience in high-rise residential projects (minimum 30+ storeys) with a reputable developer or main contractor.
  • ✓ Thorough knowledge of Malaysian building by-laws (UBBL), CIDB regulations, and local authority submission procedures.
  • ✓ Strong leadership, dispute resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
  • ✓ Bilingual in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Tanggungjawab Utama:

  • ▪ Prepare tender packages, bill of quantities (BQ), specifications, and contract documents for main and sub-contract works.
  • ▪ Evaluate tender submissions, conduct price comparisons, and prepare procurement recommendation reports for the Board of Directors.
  • ▪ Verify main contractor and specialist sub-contractor monthly progress claims and recommend interim payment certificates.
  • ▪ Assess variation orders (VOs), contractual claims, and loss and expense applications objectively.
  • ▪ Finalize project accounts upon issuance of the Certificate of Practical Completion (CPC).

Syarat Kelayakan:

  • ✓ Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent from an accredited institution recognized by BQSM.
  • ✓ Minimum 5 years working experience with property developers or major construction consultancies.
  • ✓ Proficiency in Buildsoft, Glodon, AutoCAD, or equivalent measurement and valuation software.
