Interested businesses can submit the digital Vendor Pre-Qualification Form on this page along with company incorporation documents (SSM), CIDB certification (for contractors), audited financial statements, and a verified track record. Our Procurement Committee reviews submissions within 3 to 5 business days.

Is there any fee to register as a panel vendor? ▼

No. Vendor pre-qualification and panel registration with Danau Lumayan is completely free of charge. Document fees only apply to specific formal tender packages requiring printed drawings and bill of quantities (BQ).

How will registered vendors be notified of new tenders and RFQs? ▼

Approved panel vendors are automatically indexed in our supplier capability database. When a new tender, quotation, or RFP is called within your category and CIDB grade, our secretariat dispatches the notice and briefing invitation directly via email and phone.

Can smaller CIDB G1–G4 contractors or niche suppliers participate? ▼

Yes. Danau Lumayan actively engages local and specialized contractors for maintenance, specialized trade packages, landscape upkeep, and ancillary site facilities across our 102-acre township.

What is the policy regarding tender briefings and site visits? ▼

For major civil, structural, and M&E packages, attendance at the designated site briefing is mandatory. Failure to attend by an authorized company representative will result in disqualification from tender document purchase and submission.
